35+ years working in the marine subsea industry, operationally as a Marine Operations Manager and Offshore Construction Manager and as a shore-based business development consultant. His broad spectrum of expertise encompasses relevant legislation, HSEQ and maritime contracting as well as subsea survey and marine construction and salvage operations. Will has been involved in some of the world’s largest and most challenging marine engineering and oilfield subsea construction, decommissioning and salvage projects such as the Piper Alpha disaster, the recovery of the Russian nuclear submarine ‘Kursk’ and numerous shipwreck cargo and aircraft recoveries. He now fronts the offshore management team and vessel salvage crews, coordinating and managing all marine operations for survey and salvage, as well as liaising with all relevant authorities such as Coast Guards, government departments, shipping agencies and shipping brokerage.
